Consultation fees are offered on a case-by-case basis due to the unique nature of each client's needs. The price will vary based on factors such as the square footage of the property, the number of rooms and occupants or employees, the distance of travel, and the nature of the consultation itself. For a quotation or if you have any questions please get in touch.

Everything from initial planning to site visits to reports to follow-up phone calls and emails are all included in our flat rate, as is a review of your progress three months later at no extra cost. The duration of the visit is estimated in advance, but if additional time is required to complete the work, no additional charge will be made. Additional costs are discussed and agreed upon in advance of starting any work outside the scope of the original contract.
