Simran first visited this 5 bedroom house to complete the Feng Shui in 2019. The clients were very pleased with the results and asked Simran to come back when moving home. Simran made a few small changes which enabled the property to sell with the first viewing. She went back to help the clients declutter and pack. They are moving to temporary accommodation and have asked Simran to complete the pre-purchase property survey when they find their new home.

This 3 bedroom detached property was purchased by the clients just as Covid-19 hit
in April 2020. Simran found it to be such an interesting project to work on with so much potential although there were lots of issues with being on site, lockdowns and availability of materials. Simran was initially asked to complete the pre-purchase property survey, but the clients later decided they wanted to incorporate Feng Shui into the construction and build. Over 20 months Simran worked closely with the Architects and builders to create a spacious 5 bedroom home. The staircase was moved, the floor space doubled and a lot of natural light added. When the clients moved in, their son was just turning one and they now have another one on the way. What a great start.
